More inside the Hagia Sofia

We wanted a place to sit down so we chose this short step.

At least four couples came by and had to step around us to look out the window.


That is the view from the window. It is the Blue Mosque. The view from an adjacent window was almost identical.

It is hard to see in this photo, but the floor is collapsing. It dropped at least 6" from the wall. A good structural engineer would be able to fix this problem.
